Skinny Housewife: Chili Sin Carne

Seriously this is the best chili I've made in a WHILE.  I know I know you probably have a chili recipe, but I'm gonna share it anyway.

1 red pepper
1 onion
2 stalks of celery
3 carrots
Kidney beans/Black beans/Lentils (I used one can each of kidney and black)
Frozen corn
Optional: meat substitute (I used Gardein brand beefless ground, we have enjoyed everything by this brand, although we don't use meat substitute often)
Worcestershire sauce (vegan/vegetarian you'll need to make sure it doesn't have anchovies!)
Chili powder
Cumin
Smoked Paprika
Pepper
Salt
Red Pepper flakes
Vegetable broth

Chop.  Sautee.  Combine.  Stir.  Simmer.

That's all.  I don't measure spices, so you'll have to taste test it.  I used PROBABLY 24 ounces of broth.  I didn't measure, but it feels like there is probably 8 oz still in the carton.  LOL
