Easy Crockpot Beef Stew
This was probably the best beef stew I've ever made. You know what, it was DEFINITELY the best beef stew I've ever made.
I only made ONE change. You're shocked, I know. I didn't use bouillon cubes because we have "Better Than Bouillon" in our fridge all the time, so I used that instead of the cubes. That's the only change I made. I ate it for 2 days straight--dinner, lunch, dinner, lunch. Yeah. Then we froze some of it and The Punk and I ate it for dinner a couple weeks later. Still delish.
